Sonnie Badu Charity -Thy Dwelling Place Orphanage Project- was organized to help parentless children in Ghana, children found on the streets. It is a registered Charity Organisation.

FOCUS:

A charity project targeted at providing shelters and clean water for orphans in Nsawam and other homeless and parentless children in Ghana.

AIM OF SONNIE BADU CHARITY:

,,Our aim is to provide help to the poor, the sick and build orphanages and schools for under privileged children. My heart's desire is to be able to reach out and give as much as I can to everyone in need."

SONNIE BADU AND HIS TEAM VISITED THE ORPHANAGE IN NSAWAM, GHANA AND THEY ARE APPEALING TO ALL OF US:

,,Please help us to change the Lives of these children. It would be a great blessing to them if we could build them a school complex for them to gain the appropriate education they deserve and need to better their selves and the generation to come. A home, where they will be able to live even if not as comfortable as they would desire, one that will be healthy and create a positive atmosphere.

When they visit the orphanage the children were carrying their tables and chairs to “school”. They were using old rice bag as school as their school bag and old dirty coca cola bottles as their water bottle. They have no clean water to drink."

This orphanage has been under the supervision of a nuclear family, consisting of a Pastor, his wife and a daughter. What this Pastor does is pick up these over-looked children off the streets and provide shelter and day to day meals. All children sleeps in one room on a floor. Though he is providing the best he can as of now, it is no where near flourishing for these children. These Kids are blessed with a lot of skills. Let us help to transform these skills.

The orphanage still need support and help. We can only cater for primary needs, brighten and give these kids a better future, when we help. THEY ARE OUR CHILDREN.

There are future lawyers, engineers, doctors, professors like our humble & great late president John Evans Atta Mills. Let us help and give them a chance of a better future.
