Congratulations on your re-election to Africa Aquatic Bureau — Information Ministry to Farida Iddriss

The Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ghana has congratulated Farida Iddriss following her re-election to the bureau of Africa Aquatics.

In a press release dated May 8, the Ministry extended its "warmest congratulations" to Mrs. Iddriss on retaining her position as a Bureau Member of Africa Aquatics during the organization's 16th Congress in Luanda, Angola.

Madam Iddriss, who serves as Treasurer of the Ghana Swimming Association and Administrative Manager of the Ghana Olympic Committee, was praised for her "unwavering commitment and outstanding leadership within the aquatic sports community."

The statement from the Ministry said Iddriss' continued tenure on the Africa Aquatics Bureau "is a testament to her dedication" and highlights "Ghana's growing influence and presence" on the continental stage.

The Ministry took "immense pride" in Iddriss' achievements and exemplary representation of Ghana internationally.

It encouraged her to "continue striving for excellence and pursuing opportunities to contribute to the advancement of sports both locally and internationally."

The Ministry believes Iddriss' re-election affirms Ghana's commitment to fostering collaboration and promoting excellence in aquatics across Africa.
