West Ham United forward Mohammed Kudus acknowledges the need for improvement despite a successful debut season in the Premier League.

The 23 year old joined the Premier League last summer from Ajax and quickly became a fan favorite for his stellar performances with the Hammers.

He played a significant role in West Ham's journey to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Europa League.

As the season nears its end, Kudus reflects on the highs and lows but emphasizes his commitment to further enhancing his game.

“I followed my gut and dream to move here and believed I was ready. When I decided to make this move to the best league in the world, I knew I was ready to take that step and I wanted to test myself," he told the club website.

"There have been ups and downs throughout the season, but I know there are more ways to improve my game. I’ve definitely announced myself here and I am happy that it has gone in that direction for the first season," he added.

The 23-year-old has netted 13 goals in 43 appearances for West Ham. He aims to play a part when they face Luton Town at the London Stadium this weekend.
