Black Stars striker, Inaki Williams is the top-rated Ghanaian Players Abroad from the just-ended weekend.

The highly-rated forward started for Athletic Club on Friday night when the side played against Getafe in Round 34 of the Spanish La Liga.

In a game played at Coliseum, only two goals were scored in 90 minutes despite the many chances that both teams created.

The first of the game came in the 27th minute when Inaki Williams added power to a curling effort from the edge of the Getafe box to find the back of the net.

While that goal would separate the two teams at halftime, Getafe returned from the break to put up a fight but could not turn the game around.

In the 51st minute, Inaki Williams decided the game when he netted his second of the evening, again Nico Williams providing the assist.

The Black Stars forward played 82 minutes of the contest and finished the contest with a rating of 8.9, earning the Man of the Match award.

After assessing the numerous Ghanaian players who featured for their clubs during the weekend, SofaScore has put Inaki Williams in first place among the top 10 highest-rated players.

The forward is joined in the list by several impressive performers including Mohammed Kudus.

The youngster put on a show on Sunday when West Ham United lost 5-0 to Chelsea in the English Premier League.

Despite the result, Kudus completed 13 dribbles, becoming the first player to do so in the EPL this season.

With a rating of 7.9, Mohammed Kudus is 5th on the list.

With June fast approaching, Ghanaian Players, both abroad and at home must prove to Coach Otto Addo they deserve a place in his Black Stars squad.

The coach will later this month name his squad for the games against Mali and Central African Republic.

The two games will be played as part of the qualifiers for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
