NDC has no heart, love for Free SHS policy — Kwamena Duncan 

Kwamena Duncan, former Central Regional Minister, has criticized the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for its stance on the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia administration's free SHS policy.

The free SHS policy, implemented since the current administration took office, aims to provide equal opportunities for students to access secondary and technical education.

Kwamena Duncan condemned the NDC, asserting that they have consistently opposed the free SHS initiative and questioned the opposition party's willingness to support the policy wholeheartedly.

His remarks follow debates surrounding a proposed free SHS bill that will make the implementation consitutional even after new governments.

Duncan emphasized that the NDC's actions and attitudes towards the Bill "clearly show they have no love for the free Senior High School policy. They don't have any heart for it; they don't."
