Ghanaian actress Kafui Danku has advised women in relationships, urging them not to assume the role of a maid to their boyfriends.

In her candid advice, Kafui warns that going to such extent might lead men to take women for granted and even consider ending the relationship.

Kafui Danku emphasizes the importance of women maintaining their independence and individuality, rather than becoming servants in their relationships.

She believes that men are more attracted to women who value themselves and do not rush into traditional roles without genuine commitment from their partners.

The renowned actress encourages women to focus on their self-worth and ensure that men invest their resources, both financially and emotionally, in the relationship.

By setting these boundaries, women can protect their self-respect and have something to show for their efforts if the relationship does not work out in the long run.

Kafui Danku states, "Before he gets what he wants, he must work for it. Men only stay when they invest their money and their time.

“Why would he pamper you if he doesn't spend his money or time, and you give him what he wants so quickly? Why do you go and cook and clean? Are you his maid?"

“If you are a wife, then, of course, you are taking care of your home. But if he hasn't married you, why should he marry you when you do all these things?" she said during a discussion on UTV's United Showbiz last Saturday.

She firmly believes that men should put in effort and demonstrate commitment in a relationship, rather than women rushing to do all the traditional roles of a wife before marriage.
