Surge in proxy voting as France heads to the polls

As France prepares to vote in snap legislative elections, turnout is being closely watched. The two rounds of voting come at the start of the summer holiday, a time many people will be out of town. As a result, there's been a surge in requests to vote by proxy. Caitlin Kelly has more.
