Michael Phelps urges Congress to fight against doping ahead of Olympics

Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps testified before a House subcommittee following reports that Chinese swimmers were allowed to compete in the 2021 Olympics after testing positive for a banned medication. Phelps and fellow gold medalist Allison Schmitt urged Congress to advocate for reforms of the World Anti-Doping Agency ahead of the games next month in Paris.
