Trump could announce running mate this week, sources say

Former President Trump could announce his choice for vice president as early as this week, and possibly before Thursday's first debate with President Biden, according to people familiar with the matter. Meanwhile, two federal courts have put parts of Biden's student loan reduction plan on hold. NBC News' Kelly O'Donnell reports.
