Encouraging voicemail for GRE test taker goes viral on TikTok

Helena Epstein was gearing up to take her GRE exam when she heard an encouraging voicemail her sister received from a testing call center nearly five years ago. Epstein posted the voicemail on TikTok where it went viral, gained thousands of comments and led to Epstein meeting the call center employee.
