‘We need each other’: Russian nuclear sub in Havana sign of strengthening ties

As tensions flare over Ukraine, a Russian naval flotilla – including a nuclear-powered submarine – docked in Havana earlier this week. Relations between Moscow and Cuba are the best they've been since the Cold War. But that's potential trouble for the United States. France 24's Ed Augustin reports from Havana.
