Obi scored 97843 votes; Chris Ngige polled 60240 votes; Chukwuma Soludo polled 59365 votes.
San Francisco Feb 07, (THEWILL) – Governor Peter Obi of APGA has won the Anambra State governorship election of February 07, 2010.
According to official results released by INEC, Obi won in 13 local government areas out of 21 in the state. He also attained the 25 percent required in two-thirds of the LGA.
Dr. Chris Ngige (AC) came second winning in four local government areas while Charles Soludo (PDP) came third with three LGAs.
Dr. Andy Uba (LP) won in only one local government area.
