When a man of God is Doing the
work of the Lord temptation and the
Devil Deals with him very
powerfully. You will always run into
turbulence with your doing
something right. David Slept with
bethsiba but God still said he was a
man after his own heart. No matter
even who david killed. Some people
are the apple of Gods eye. Be
weary of what you say. God still had
davids back after what he did. - By: unchainedthought@yahoo

Akatsi, Nov 03, GNA - Mr Joseph Amenowode, Volta Regional Minister, has admonished churches to practice transparency and accountability in a manner that could be a point of reference for other segments of society.

That way, the Church would have a strong voice to lead the country into an era of justice, equality and prosperity, he said.

This was contained in a speech read for him at the inauguration of the Apostolic Vision Church (AVC) in Akatsi which broke away from the Apostolic Church of Ghana in 2004.

Mr Amenowode said it was unfortunate for churches to quarrel over trifles resulting in rifts among their flocks.

Pastor Ernest Davor, who was inducted as the General Overseer of the Church, pledged that he would not run the church as his personal property.

The AVC broke away over allegations of dictatorship and unlawful retirement of pastors and now has branches in Ho, Hohoe and Krobo-Odumase as well as in Togo and Benin.

Apostle Ernest Adziwu, General Overseer of the Way of Salvation Church, Ho, asked the AVC to avoid the alleged mistakes of their mother church.
