Popular Ghanaian actor Kalybos has opened up about his experience of marital bliss, expressing regret for not tying the knot sooner.

During an engaging conversation with Felicia Osei on Onua FM, Kalybos, who exchanged vows with his wife in 2023, shared sweet sentiments about married life that he had not anticipated.

"I didn't know marriage could be this sweet until I married the love of my life. If you wake up to realize someone cares and thinks about you more than yourself, it feels good...if I had known it would have been married three years ago," Kalybos remarked.

In the interview, Kalybos also shared some lighthearted anecdotes from his wedding day, including a playful surprise he orchestrated for his groomsmen.

He revealed that despite his friends' anticipation of being chosen as the best man, he had kept the identity of his 'best man' secret until the last moment, with Ahuofe Patri, his long-time cinematic companion, ultimately assuming the role.

This unexpected twist caught his groomsmen off guard, particularly Prince David Osei, Bismark The Joke, and James Gardiner, who had prepared to be chosen.

Ahuofe Patri's participation as the 'best man' also addressed the speculation and criticism surrounding her role, particularly from those who speculated about a romantic connection between her and Kalybos based on their on-screen chemistry.
